The Tokyo Ohka Web Exhibition presents our photoresist and other electronic materials and manufacturing equipment aimed at reducing Cost of Ownership (CoO) and high added value to the manufacturing processes for FPDs (LCDs, LEDs, touch panels, OLEDs, organic ELs, etc.) . Our photoresist coating system, based on the Floating Coat System (FCS), boasts faster processing throughput compared to conventional spinless coaters, and can handle larger 10th-generation glass substrates.
